We accept returns within 14 calendar days of delivery, subject to the terms below.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags/accessories.

• Receipt or order number required.

• Non-returnable: gift cards, digital items, perishable goods, personal care items, intimate apparel, custom orders, and final sale items.

 

How to Return

1. Contact us at thespectrum@gmail.com within 14 days for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

2. Ship items back at your expense unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. Use trackable shipping; we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

 

Refunds

• Processed to original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error.
